I have used Mask Pro and Fluid Mask both extensively. I don't have a stake in either one.

For the green screen, I would instinctively reach for Mask Pro. Using the copy of the jpg on your site, I extracted using Mask Pro. My results were much better than your examples. It was very fast. Select the green for discard color and five or six representative colors of the man for the keep color. Set the transition to soft and threshold to less. Check use color decontamination. Select the magic brush and then Apply tool to all. Done. Perfect.

Fluid Mask would work as well but in this case not as easily. In other images I would use Fluid Mask.

Great series on Fluid Mask, Mask Pro, Primatte. It couldn't have come at a better time for me.
